On March 9, 2020, the President of the Council of Ministers signed the Prime Ministerial Decree extending the Covid-19 emergency containment measures to the entire national territory
It was decided to postpone by six months the entry into force of the alert procedures for all companies of any size in Italy
The epidemiological emergency due to COVID-19 required prompt regulations related to the offices within public bodies and the judiciary, and aimed at counteracting the infection spreading as far as possible.
During the night, the President of the Council of Ministers signed the Prime Minister's Decree defining the new national emergency to contain the Covid-19 emergency.
The spread of Covid - 19 in China and, now also on national territory has inevitably caused negative repercussions for businesses, both domestic and international.
Covid-19, or “Coronavirus” epidemiological emergency required a prompt action by the Government aimed at supporting the most affected workers and companies.
As announced in the Newsalert of February 27, 2020, the Government has launched further measures to support businesses and citizens negatively impacted by the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency.
Referring to the «Coronavirus» current emergency in Italy, the relevant authorities have significantly simplified the temporary access to the regulation of smart working activities.
